We accept Childhood Development Services (CDS)  from Pasco County as well as Coordinated Child Care from Pinellas County. We are a Christian Based Day Care Center with the ABEKA and Wee Learn Programs for pre-schoolers and we are now accepting applications for 2,3, and 4 year olds. We have before & after school care available with the bus from Sunray Elementary School

Little Lambs Preschool and Daycare is operated as a ministry of First Baptist Church of Holiday. We invite you to join us in worship and consider making our congregation your church family. If you are already an active member of a neighboring Christian congregation, we rejoice with you and affirm you affiliation with that church. However, if the church and its pastors can be of assistance to you in any way, we invite you to seek them out.

STUDENT ADMISSION: No child will be refused admission to the school, nor be dismissed from the school for reasons of race, color, religion, or creed. However, the school administration reserves the right to refuse admission and/or dismiss any child whose behavior is disruptive and/or harmful to other children.

ENROLLMENT: The following must be completed prior to enrollment: 1. Registration/Application form. 2. Immunization Records and Physical (Blue and Yellow HRS forms). 3. Receipt of Little Lambs Daycare & Preschool Handbook. 4. Copy of Birth Certificate.  5. Copy of parents driver's license or photo ID.

ENROLLMENT FEES: Upon registration of your child, there will be a registration fee of $35.00. This fee is to cover the cost of processing enrollment forms and records, and to purchase initial supplies. This fee is non-refundable. Please bring a thin blanket or king size pillowcase for your child to use during rest period. THE CHILD’S NAME MUST BE MARKED IN BOLD LETTERS ON ALL ITEMS.

FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL CHECKLIST
1. If you bring a lunch, a lunch box/bag with name in BOLD letters down the side.  We have catered lunches for $2.25 per lunch.  We do not provide lunch.
2. Two changes of clothes, including socks and undergarments. Put child’s initials on all Articles and place in a zip locked bag.  A mat for your child to take their nap on.  A standard size pillow case to put over the mat.  You can purchase this at Walmart in the school supply section.
3. HRS Medical Forms.
4. Fees paid: $35.00 registration fee and one week’s tuition.
5. Review emergency information.
6. A small blanket with child’s full name in BOLD letters.
7. Remember to make all tuition payments every FRIDAY for the following week. You are to pay a week in advance.
8. If you have a new work or home phone number, please ask for a form and update your child’s file.
9. Medication forms are to be filled out before we can administer medications. If your child needs medication for more than one day please mark the length of time on the form.
10. If you want someone to pick up your child who is not on the card, you must inform the office in writing on the proper forms. ID will be required for any new face picking up your child. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THIS IS FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUR CHILD!
11. Please feel free to call or stop by for a visit at any time.
12. When you have a question or problem please feel free to contact the office staff and we will do all we can to resolve the problem immediately.
13. Our teachers are not allowed to carry on conversations with parents while supervising other children.
